Reservations & Visits
Reservations are not required. However, depending on the time of day, we may be fully booked, so we recommend making a reservation in advance.
Yes. Reservations via chat are accepted up to 12 hours in advance of your desired time. For reservations within 12 hours, please contact us by phone.
Yes, both chat and phone support are available in English. We can also communicate in simple Japanese.
Please contact us as soon as you know that you need to cancel. Except in special circumstances such as heavy rain or unforeseen events, a cancellation fee may be charged for last-minute cancellations.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, we may give priority to the next customer. Please note that if you are late, your treatment time may be shortened.
Yes. Please let us know each guest’s preferred treatment and duration.
At Soi 33/1, treatments are divided between the massage shop and the spa shop depending on the service. At Soi 39, all treatments are available at one location.
Rice bran enzyme bath and herb steam tents are available only at the Soi 33/1 Spa branch.
All branches are within walking distance from BTS Phrom Phong.
For first-time visitors, we recommend the Soi 33/1 branch as it is easier to find from the station.
Courses & Treatments
We offer a wide range of Thai massages and spa treatments, along with value packages for each category. We also provide rice bran enzyme baths and herb steam tents. Please see our Treatment page for details.
Our herb ball treatments and herb steam tents use organic Thai herbs from our own farm, and they are among our most highly recommended treatments.
→ Guests who are in their 4th to 6th month of pregnancy (approximately 5th to 7th month by Japanese counting) may receive the following treatments only: Foot Massage (1 hr or 1.5 hrs), Head Massage (0.5 hr), or Foot + Head Massage (1.5 hrs). Due to Ministry of Public Health guidelines, we are unable to provide treatments outside of this period.
Treatments are available starting from the third day of your cycle. Please note that massages can increase blood circulation and may lead to heavier flow. We provide sanitary products as needed. For hygiene reasons and because many spa-style massages focus on the abdominal area, oil-based spa treatments cannot be offered during menstruation.
Our guideline requires a blood pressure below 160/100 mmHg. Guests above this level cannot receive treatments. We also cannot provide treatments to guests with severe heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, or liver disease.
We recommend allowing some time after eating, as receiving a massage immediately after a meal can affect digestion. For alcohol consumption, we may need to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe.
All spa treatments are provided in private rooms with showers, which you may use after your session. If you wish to shower before your treatment, please inform our staff.
Pricing & Payment
We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB), Thai QR payment, and Alipay.
Yes. All displayed prices include 7% VAT.
Tipping is a common practice in Thailand. If you are satisfied with the massage, we kindly recommend giving the therapist a tip directly. A typical amount is around 100 THB per session, depending on your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, tipping is not necessary.
We offer monthly promotions and point card benefits. Please check our official website or Instagram for the latest updates.
Facilities
We do not have a contracted parking lot. We recommend using EmQuartier parking lot (the first 2 hours are free). It’s about a 5–7 minute walk from all of our locations.
We provide treatment clothing. Please change in the changing room. You do not need to bring anything. A powder room is also available at our Soi 33/1 Spa branch.
Yes, we can keep your luggage for you, even after your treatment. Please feel free to ask.
Safety & Hygiene
All items that come into contact with the skin, such as sheets, are replaced after each use. As a Japanese-managed business, we place great importance on hygiene, so you can relax and enjoy your treatment with peace of mind.
Yes. We conduct daily health checks for staff, ensure proper ventilation, and disinfect the facilities regularly.
Yes, we will adjust the pressure based on your preference as noted on the consultation form. Please feel free to let us know your preferred pressure at any time during the treatment.

Yes, you can collect points through our official LINE account or with a physical point card.
Yes, selected products are available for purchase in-store and on Shopee. We produce our own organic herb products under the brand at ease THAI HERB, using herbs grown on our own farm. We also sell them on Amazon in Japan.
The farm is not open to the public at the moment. However, we plan to build an accommodation facility that combines agriculture and retreat in the future. The Sukhothai Historical Park is also nearby, so we hope you will visit once it opens.
